Delete Your Shiftrio Account
You can delete your Shiftrio account at any time directly from within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data from our systems, including your name, email address, and profile photo.
Note: If you are the owner of a company in Shiftrio, account deletion
is blocked until you transfer ownership or delete the company. This prevents disruption
to your team.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps inside the Shiftrio app:
- 1 Open the Shiftrio app
- 2 Go to Settings
- 3 Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- 4 Follow the confirmation steps

What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your personal data (name, email address, profile photo) is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
- Your device notification tokens are removed.
- Operational records (e.g., historical shift records) where your identity has been removed may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion from all backups.
- Your subscription is not automatically cancelled — manage your subscription separately via the App Store or Google Play.
